Description
- Implement and enforce security protocols, access control measures, and emergency procedures to safeguard residents and facility property.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility, including perimeter checks, security camera monitoring, and room searches to identify and address safety concerns.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Supervise residents' activities, behavior, and compliance with facility rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline.
- Address disciplinary issues, rule violations, and conflicts among residents using appropriate interventions, counseling, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to residents to promote personal responsibility, self-discipline, and positive social interactions.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including resident assistants, security personnel, and administrative staff, to ensure effective performance and adherence to policies and procedures.
