<ul><li>Provide bedside nursing care to patients as per the treatment plan.</li><li>Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections accurately and on time.</li><li>Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in patient condition to the doctor.</li><li>Assist in patient hygiene, feeding, mobilization, and overall comfort.</li><li>Maintain nursing notes and accurate patient records, including intake/output and vital charts.</li><li>Follow infection control protocols and ensure cleanliness of the ward.</li><li>Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, and minor procedures.</li><li>Provide pre- and post-operative care as required.</li></ul>
