<ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ward under the supervision of senior medical staff.</li><li>Monitor and record patient vitals, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiratory rate.</li><li>Administer medications and treatments as per doctor’s orders and nursing protocols.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and management of patient care plans and nursing procedures.</li><li>Provide emotional support and communicate effectively with patients and their families.</li><li>Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in patient care areas and maintain infection control standards.</li><li>Assist in patient mobility, transferring patients to/from beds and assisting with exercises.</li><li>Document patient progress, treatment, and any changes in condition accurately in medical records.</li><li>Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to coordinate care and treatment plans.</li></ul>
