Description

Provide leadership and guidance to the utility and HVAC team, ensuring efficient operations and timely maintenance activities.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the department.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility systems, including steam, compressed air, chilled water, and water treatment systems (RO, DM, EDI, ETP).
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and efficiency of utility systems.
Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost optimization.
Manage the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and refrigeration equipment.
Ensure HVAC systems meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for temperature control, air quality, and cleanliness.
Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations for Cosmetic/Pharma manufacturing facilities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment documentation.
Lead projects related to utility system upgrades, HVAC system enhancements, and facility expansions.
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, and coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful project execution.
Provide training and development opportunities for utility and HVAC staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in utility and HVAC technology, and share knowledge with the team.
