Description

  • Operate and monitor utility systems, including boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and water treatment equipment, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conduct routine inspections of utility equipment and systems, checking for leaks, abnormal noises, and other signs of malfunction or deterioration.
  • Monitor system parameters, such as temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and water quality, and make adjustments as needed to maintain safe and efficient operation.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, filter changes, and equipment cleaning, to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment life.
  • Respond to equipment alarms and emergencies, troubleshooting issues, and taking corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and other personnel to schedule repairs, replacements, and upgrades to utility systems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and operational parameters, using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other record-keeping tools.
