Description

Operate and monitor utility systems, including boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and water treatment equipment, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct routine inspections of utility equipment and systems, checking for leaks, abnormal noises, and other signs of malfunction or deterioration.
Monitor system parameters, such as temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and water quality, and make adjustments as needed to maintain safe and efficient operation.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, filter changes, and equipment cleaning, to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment life.
Respond to equipment alarms and emergencies, troubleshooting issues, and taking corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and other personnel to schedule repairs, replacements, and upgrades to utility systems as needed.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and operational parameters, using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other record-keeping tools.
