US Registered Nurse

• Required: NCLEX-RN certificate
• Position: NCLEX Registered Nurse
• Location: Mangalore
• Compensation: ₹6 LPA to ₹18 LPA (Based on experience)
• We are looking for NCLEX Registered Nurses to join our team! Utilize your clinical experience to collaborate and ensure the delivery of appropriate healthcare services and benefits to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Review: Assess and review claims for medical necessity and contract interpretation.
• Authorization Reviews: Analyze requests for medical appropriateness in line with guidelines.
• Communication: Interact with physicians, members, and providers, responding to queries and preparing documentation.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health, including physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions.
• Provide direct care to patients by administering medications, IVs, and performing medical procedures.
• Ensure patients’ comfort and address their needs to provide compassionate care.

Qualifications:

• Education: BSc/MSc Nursing with NCLEX certification & active US RN license.
• Experience: 1-3 years clinical experience preferred, freshers welcome!
