Job Description

1. Diagnose and treat patients with urological conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
2. • Conduct OPD consultations and manage IPD patients.
3. • Perform and assist in urological procedures and surgeries as per experience level.
4. • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on clinical evaluation.
5. • Monitor patient progress and provide post-operative care.
6. • Assist senior consultants during complex urological surgeries and procedures.
7. • Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, and discharge summaries.
8. • Ensure strict adherence to hospital infection control policies, patient safety guidelines, and quality standards.
9. • Educate patients and their families regarding disease conditions, procedures, and post-treatment care.
10. • Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
