Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert urological care to patients with a wide range of urological conditions, including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate disorders, bladder problems, and urological cancers.
- Conduct comprehensive urological evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests such as ultrasound scans, CT scans, MRI scans, and urodynamic studies.
- Diagnose urological conditions accurately and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines and best practices.
- Perform surgical procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted surgeries, for the treatment of urological conditions such as kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and urological cancers.
- Manage urological emergencies, such as urinary retention, urosepsis, and testicular torsion, with prompt and effective intervention.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and allied health professionals, to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about urological health, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote urological wellness and improve outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss complex cases and develop optimal treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Stay abreast of advances in urological medicine, technology, and surgical techniques through continuous medical education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD/DNB) in Medicine followed by DNB/DM in Urology from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Gujarat, India.
- Minimum of [insert number of years] years of clinical experience as a Urologist, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Proven expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of urological conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

- Proficiency in Gujarati language.
