<ul><li>Assist in the evaluation, management, and surgical care of patients requiring urologic and renal transplantation.</li><li>Participate in kidney transplant surgeries, donor nephrectomies, and urologic procedures.</li><li>Manage pre-operative and post-operative care of transplant recipients and donors.</li><li>Conduct rounds, monitor graft function, and address transplant-related complications.</li><li>Collaborate with nephrologists, transplant coordinators, and immunology teams.</li><li>Perform and interpret diagnostic studies including renal ultrasounds, biopsies, and urodynamics.</li><li>Maintain thorough documentation of patient care, surgical outcomes, and follow-ups.</li><li>Engage in academic activities, research, and case presentations.</li><li>Adhere to transplant protocols, ethical standards, and organ allocation policies.</li></ul>
