Description

  • To undertake end to end Recruitment of the Unit.
  • Manpower budgeting for the Unit (cost & headcount).
  • Review & analyze various recruitment dashboards like Staffing Index, Workforce Management, and Recruitment Trackers and so on.
  • Planning and conducting a proper orientation and hospital induction program of new employees for the Unit.
  • Identification of training needs of employees by use of the appraisal data, periodic reviews and defined training necessity. 
  • To conduct an organized appraisal programs for the Unit, in order to maintain morale of the staff.
  • Unit’s Grievance and POSH cases handled as per the SOP/Policy.
  • To ensure proper discipline and conduct of the employees in the Unit.
  • Ensure NABH standards & protocols are adhered for the Unit under surveillance and accreditation.
  • Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys, consolidate, analyze this data and implement suitable recommendations.

Facilitate Skip Meetings with Function Heads/COO/Head HR periodically.

  •  To ensure the payroll SOP is adhered by the Unit.
  • Adherence to statutory norms and guidelines statutes pertaining to HR & General administration for the Unit.
  • To ensure operational reports are sent Corporate HR as per timelines.
