Description
Role would include:
- Training Need Analysis.
- Content development (knowledge of developing eLearning modules would be a plus).
- Training facilitation (new hires product/process training + refreshers when required).
- LMS administration.
- Leadership development program coordination and facilitation.
Role expectations:
- Should show ability to quickly adapt to business and understand processes.
- Should be flexible to take up ad-hoc training requirements if any.
- Should be able to develop content for skill based programs (soft skills & business acumen).
- Should be able to apply training concepts or theories on the floor.
- Will be accountable to ensure performance of new candidates, who have completed training, is above par.
