Description

Role would include:

 

  • Training Need Analysis.
  • Content development (knowledge of developing eLearning modules would be a plus).
  • Training facilitation (new hires product/process training + refreshers when required).
  • LMS administration.
  • Leadership development program coordination and facilitation.

 

Role expectations:

 

  • Should show ability to quickly adapt to business and understand processes.
  • Should be flexible to take up ad-hoc training requirements if any.
  • Should be able to develop content for skill based programs (soft skills & business acumen).
  • Should be able to apply training concepts or theories on the floor.
  • Will be accountable to ensure performance of new candidates, who have completed training, is above par.
