Trainer - Medical Coding

• Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in accurately coding medical records utilizing ICD-10-CM, CPT. AHIMA/AAPC Certification mandatory. Possess good knowledge in RCM cycle. • Current designation should be a trainer. Capable of delivering classroom training effectively on US Healthcare specifically related to general coding, ICD, and predominantly CPT Coding , Evaluation and Management , Emergency Department and Medical Billing concepts. • Good understanding of US Healthcare concepts related to Medicare Advantage Plans. • Strong knowledge on Medical Billing and other RCM functions • Developing and maintaining training plans and other MIS reports Ability to train large size classes . • Designing and developing training modules Developing assessment tools: Evaluations and knowledge checks, exercises • Providing constructive feedback Tracking changes and updates in US Healthcare, Medical Coding and Medical Billing domains • Hands-on experience in coding, Training and mentoring coders for developing the capability. • on denial management in the organization Training on certification programs is preferred
