Description

Quality Checks: Conduct real-time quality checks during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with established quality standards, specifications, and procedures.
Batch Record Review: Review and verify batch records, in-process documentation, and other relevant records to confirm that processes are being followed accurately and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Sampling and Inspection: Perform sampling of in-process materials and products for analysis, conduct visual inspections, and utilize appropriate testing methods to assess quality attributes.
Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities, and collaborate with the appropriate teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
GMP Compliance: Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements by monitoring manufacturing activities and processes.
Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to enhance awareness and adherence to quality requirements.
Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of in-process quality checks, deviations, and any corrective actions taken, ensuring documentation is complete and readily accessible for audits.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and overall quality optimization in the manufacturing environment.
