Description

Assist in providing technical support for IVD products, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under supervision.
Participate in the testing and validation of IVD products, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
Collect, analyze, and interpret diagnostic data to support product development and customer support efforts.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user manuals, test reports, and standard operating procedures.
Support senior staff in conducting training sessions and workshops for customers on the use and maintenance of IVD products.
Learn and adhere to regulatory standards and quality assurance processes relevant to the IVD industry.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and customer support, to contribute to the successful development and deployment of IVD products.
Provide support on various engineering projects, including research, development, and implementation tasks.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in the IVD industry and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
