- Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance cases for admitted patients.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for pre-authorization approvals.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claim documentation.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and exclusions.
- Coordinate with billing, medical records, and clinical departments for claim processing.
- Ensure timely submission of final bills and discharge summaries to TPAs/insurers.
