- Manage end-to-end TPA and insurance operations including cashless and reimbursement claims.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for pre-authorizations and claim processing.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of insurance claims.
- Follow up with TPAs for pending approvals, denials, and payments.
- Handle and resolve claim rejections and discrepancies.
