- Manage end-to-end TPA and insurance operations
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients
- Ensure timely pre-authorization, claim submission, and settlements
- Monitor pending claims, denials, and rejections and ensure resolution
- Verify patient eligibility, policy coverage, and documentation
