Description
- Manage all Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations related to cashless and reimbursement claims.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for timely pre-authorization and claim settlement.
- Verify patient insurance documents and ensure accurate data entry in the hospital system.
- Monitor end-to-end claim processing, including documentation and follow-up for approvals.
- Resolve discrepancies or queries raised by TPAs or patients regarding insurance claims.
- Maintain updated knowledge of insurance policies, empaneled TPAs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on pending, approved, and rejected claims.
- Train and supervise TPA coordinators to ensure efficient handling of cases.
