  • Manage all Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations related to cashless and reimbursement claims.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for timely pre-authorization and claim settlement.
  • Verify patient insurance documents and ensure accurate data entry in the hospital system.
  • Monitor end-to-end claim processing, including documentation and follow-up for approvals.
  • Resolve discrepancies or queries raised by TPAs or patients regarding insurance claims.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of insurance policies, empaneled TPAs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on pending, approved, and rejected claims.
  • Train and supervise TPA coordinators to ensure efficient handling of cases.
