5. Prepare, submit, and track insurance claims.
6. Communicate approvals, queries, and denials to patients and departments.
7. Ensure timely discharge approvals and billing closure.
8. Maintain accurate insurance records and MIS reports.
9. Handle insurance audits, queries, and escalations.
10. Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance policies.
