- Verify patient eligibility and process pre-authorization approvals for treatments.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and patients to ensure smooth claim settlement.
- Prepare and submit claim documents accurately and within the stipulated timelines.
- Follow up with TPAs and insurance companies for pending approvals or payments.
- Resolve discrepancies, claim rejections, and queries efficiently.
- Maintain records of all TPA interactions, approvals, and reimbursements.
- Assist patients in understanding TPA policies and coverage benefits.
