  • Serving as a primary point of contact for policyholders, healthcare providers, and insurance company representatives.
  • Responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding claims status, coverage, and reimbursement.
  • Communicating proactively with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure transparency throughout the claims process.
