Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and ensure customer retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales forecasts and activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control as per company policy.
