- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory, including identifying sales opportunities, prospecting new customers, and nurturing existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, distributors, and stakeholders within the territory, understanding their needs, preferences, and buying behaviors, and delivering value-added solutions and services to meet their requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities within the territory, and use insights to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
