Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the General Trade & Modern Trade segment of the OTC pharma industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Train and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to optimize sales processes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
