Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated territory.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales growth and ensure high performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers within the territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the assigned area to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market analysis to understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and ensure that KPIs and targets are met consistently.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities, provide coaching, and offer support to the sales team.
