Job Description:

 

1. Should understand Medical Laboratory Market, Products, technology, services, competitors, etc.

2. Meet and exceed revenue targets.

3. Handling client's issues and dealing with complex situations.

4. Develop progressive and aggressive product positioning that will increase sales volume in the market.

5. Create and implement a strategic sales/marketing plan that targets physicians and clinical trial entities.

6. Develop and manage budgets required to implement plans and deliver results consistent with company objectives.

7. Generate, call, and qualify sales leads.

8. Assist in the development of sales and marketing literature, and other supporting information for existing and prospective clients.

9. The candidate must be flexible, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically.
