- We are looking for TELESALES EXECUTIVE who drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Responsibilities of candidates include:
- Inbound and outbound sales processes.
- Call existing and potential customers to inform, influence, and sell the company's products and services.
- Keep accurate records of customer purchase orders.
- Complete customer purchases.
- Updating the CRM or dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.
- Following up with the prospects as per their requested time and closing the sale within the sales cycle.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets in a performance-driven competitive environment.
