Description
Outbound Calls:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers based on leads or databases.
- Introduce and promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and determine potential for sales.
Sales Conversion:
- Persuade prospects to purchase or inquire about products and services.
- Close sales through effective communication and negotiation techniques.
- Follow up on previous calls and offer new promotions, upgrades, or services.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries, concerns, or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record customer information and sales details in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Provide accurate information and demonstrate the benefits of products and services to customers.
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rate, and sales revenue.
Reporting & Feedback:
- Track and report daily sales performance and lead activity.
- Provide feedback on customer responses, objections, and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up actions.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team, if necessary.
