Description

  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.
  • Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to the Baby Science IVF services.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and closing sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high sale closing rate.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone shall be strongly preferred.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position. A minimum of 1 year of Tele-sales/Voice based Support experience is mandatory.
  • Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and talking the way into a sale conversion.
  • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the Hospital.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high sale closing rate.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Day Shift Timing will be between 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM and will be operating 6 days a week with fixed Weekly off.
  • It is full-time work from an office job.
