  • Manage and oversee the daily activities of the telecalling team to ensure effective performance and achievement of targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate team members’ calls, providing feedback, coaching, and training to improve communication skills and sales techniques.
  • Develop and implement telecalling strategies, scripts, and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and lead conversion.
  • Ensure that the telecalling team adheres to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics, including call volume, sales, and customer feedback, to assess effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience and communication.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on daily, weekly, and monthly team activities and results.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new telecallers, ensuring they understand job responsibilities and performance expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to continually improve telecalling operations.
