Description

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective gym trainers and gym owners to introduce Muscle Blaze products and services.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with gym trainers and gym owners to understand their needs, challenges, and purchasing preferences.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Muscle Blaze products, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Customize sales pitches and presentations based on the specific requirements and interests of prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of Muscle Blaze products.
  • Maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline, accurately documenting all interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to sports nutrition and B2B sales in the fitness industry.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and new product launches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 Months of Experience in Tele sales.
  • Strong understanding of sports nutrition, fitness supplements, and the needs of gym trainers and gym owners will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to navigate sales cycles and overcome objections.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & Google Suites to manage pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Genuine passion for health, fitness, and nutrition, with a desire to promote wellness and help others achieve their fitness goals.
