Description

Oversee the transfer of technology, processes, and knowledge from research and development (R&D) to production or manufacturing environments.
Ensure the smooth transition of new products or processes from the development stage to full-scale manufacturing, ensuring that all specifications are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality control, production, and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful technology transfer.
Document and maintain detailed records of all technology transfer activities, including process changes, equipment specifications, and validation results.
Provide training and support to production teams on new technologies, ensuring they understand and can operate new processes efficiently.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of transferred technologies, identifying and addressing any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
Assist in developing and validating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new processes and ensure adherence to them in the production environment.
Work closely with regulatory and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during technology transfer.
Facilitate problem-solving during the transition phase, ensuring minimal disruption to production timelines and product quality.
Continuously assess and improve the technology transfer process to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure successful outcomes.
