Transfer Coordination: Facilitate the transfer of technology and processes from R&D to manufacturing units while ensuring seamless scalability.
Process Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage all technical documents, including batch manufacturing records (BMRs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process validation protocols.
Trial Management: Oversee pilot and scale-up batches, ensuring process consistency and compliance with quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, production, quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and regulatory teams for successful technology transfers.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks during technology transfer and recommend mitigation strategies.
Compliance: Ensure that technology transfer activities adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical challenges encountered during process implementation or scale-up.
Process Optimization: Analyze data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Training: Provide training to manufacturing teams on new processes and technologies.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on technology transfer progress, challenges, and outcomes.
