Description

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, networking, and other IT-related products and services.
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by clients and perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, such as Tier 2 support or software developers.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions using a ticketing system or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Collaborate with other members of the technical support team and relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Provide product training and guidance to clients on the use of software applications, features, and functionalities.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and emerging technologies to enhance technical expertise and provide effective support to clients.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation for internal and external use.
