Description

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance in the maintenance, installation, and repair of machinery and equipment in the OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) engineering department.
Fitting & Assembly: Perform fitting, assembling, and installation tasks of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Maintenance: Carry out routine preventive maintenance and repair of machinery, tools, and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment, machinery, and systems, and implement necessary repairs to restore functionality.
Quality Control: Ensure that all mechanical components meet required quality standards and specifications during the installation and maintenance processes.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements of parts, including reports for inventory management and compliance purposes.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to support new installations, upgrades, and mechanical improvements in the OSD department.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, ensure safe working conditions, and follow guidelines related to handling machinery and tools in the engineering department.
Calibration: Assist in the calibration of mechanical systems and equipment to meet precise operational standards and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
