<ul><li>Work closely with the management on Human resources Services, Policies and all statutory compliance of the organization.</li><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business needs of the organization.</li><li>Having experience of planning and working independently in HR.</li><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process.</li><li>Manpower planning and deployment of manpower ( shop floor ) properly as and when required.</li><li>Training and Development – On Boarding, Induction and orientation of new hires and executing the training programs for employees as per the requirement.</li><li>Experience in managing the performance appraisal system for the organization.</li><li>Total Support to Administration management and supervision of activities like contract labour, pest control, housekeeping, transportation, scrap disposal, laundry, canteen ctc.</li><li>Report to the management and provide decision support through HR Metrics.</li><li>Adept at handling day to day to activities on co-ordination with internal / external departments for smooth business operations.</li></ul>
