Description

Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer requirements.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials and components.
Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, on-time delivery, and fill rates, and implement corrective actions as needed to address deficiencies and improve performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, including procurement, manufacturing, sales, and customer service, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the supply chain.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
