Description

Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners, negotiating contracts, pricing terms, and service agreements to secure favorable terms and ensure quality and reliability of supply.
Monitor supplier performance, evaluate vendor capabilities, and conduct supplier audits to assess compliance with contractual agreements, quality standards, and ethical practices.
Analyze supply chain data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
Implement inventory management strategies, including demand forecasting, safety stock planning, and inventory optimization techniques, to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and maximize inventory turns.
