- Receive, inspect, store and issue materials as per requisition.
- Maintain accurate stock records & inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement team.
- Ensure proper storage, handling & labeling of items.
- Manage expiry & rotation of perishable / medical items.
- Assist in purchase orders & supplier communication.
- Conduct regular stock verification & reconciliation.
- Support internal audits and inventory checks.
- Coordinate with departments for timely material supply.
- Follow SOPs, safety protocols & organizational policies.
