Description

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production of sterile products, such as vials, syringes, and medical devices.
Follow established procedures for setting up, operating, and shutting down equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
Perform and oversee sterilization processes, including autoclaving, filtration, and other methods to ensure the sterility of products and equipment.
Maintain and document sterilization records, including temperature, pressure, and time parameters.
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Report any deviations or defects to the supervisor and take corrective actions as needed.
Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, including proper cleaning and sanitization of work areas, equipment, and tools.
Adhere to cleanroom protocols and gowning procedures to prevent contamination.
