<ul><li>Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).</li><li>Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators and infusion pumps.</li><li>Assist physicians during medical procedures and emergency interventions.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.</li><li>Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are strictly followed.</li><li>Offer emotional support and education to patients’ families.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Respond promptly to changes in patients’ conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.</li></ul>
