- Prepare and maintain operation theatre, instruments, and sterile supplies.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies during surgery.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operative procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and OT logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Train and supervise junior nursing staff in OT practices.
