4. Maintain aseptic techniques and follow strict infection control protocols throughout surgeries.
5. Handle surgical instruments, implants, and disposables carefully, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
6. Coordinate with surgical team, anesthesia staff, and nursing colleagues for efficient workflow.
7. Document intraoperative details, patient status, and post-operative observations accurately.
