1. Prepare the Neuro Operating Theatre (OT) for surgical procedures, ensuring sterile and safe environment.
2. Assist neurosurgeons during operations by providing instruments, suction, and other required support.
3. Monitor patients’ vital signs and anesthesia response during surgery under the guidance of anesthesiologists.
4. Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control protocols throughout the procedure.
5. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and disposal of surgical instruments, specimens, and biohazard materials.
6. Prepare and maintain OT equipment, surgical instruments, and consumables before and after surgery.
