<ul><li>Provide specialized perioperative and postoperative nursing care to CTVS patients.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, hemodynamic parameters, chest drains, and wound sites regularly.</li><li>Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during cardiothoracic procedures and bedside interventions.</li><li>Manage ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and other post-surgical equipment.</li><li>Administer medications, cardiac drips, anticoagulants, and pain management therapies as prescribed.</li><li>Respond promptly to post-operative complications such as arrhythmias, bleeding, or respiratory distress.</li><li>Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control standards in surgical and recovery areas.</li></ul>
