<ul><li>Prepare the operation theatre and ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready.</li><li>Assist surgeons during operations by providing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.</li><li>Monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after surgery.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.</li><li>Maintain accurate surgical records, instrument counts, and patient charts.</li><li>Assist in the positioning and preparation of patients for surgical procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with anesthetists, surgeons, and other OT staff for smooth workflow.</li><li>Check and maintain OT inventory, equipment functionality, and supply levels.</li><li>Provide post-operative care and support in recovery areas as needed.</li></ul>
