Description

  • Only Female Candidates to apply.
  • Assess and assist patients for preterm labor, active labor, rupture of waters, pregnancy complications, or co-existing issues.
  • Assist in maintaining pregnancy in antepartum mothers.
  • Assist for necessary assessment and monitoring.
  • Manage patients in labor, including induction assistance, epidural assistance, pain management, education, and delivery support.
  • Assist and circulate in operating room for cesarean sections, tubal, and emergency obstetric and gynecological procedures.
  • Assist for Medication administration and immunizations.
  • Educate Patients with reference to medications, labor, pushing, delivering, and postpartum care of mother and baby.
  • Assist for Newborn care and assessment for healthy infant.
  • Educate on feeding and postpartum support/management
  • Assist and document medical records.
  • Collaboration with care management team, including anesthesiologist, physician or midwife, lactation nurse, and charge nurse.


Desired Experience and Skills :

  • Minimum of 1 to 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Compassionate personality, soft spoken and always willing to help others.
  • Good listener and with a bilingual ability (Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu).
  • Knowledge of emergency hospital procedures, critical care unit infection control and hygiene policies.
  • Hands-on experience in caring for Labor Patients.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work calmly but efficiently in sensitive environment of Labor Delivery Room / OBG.
  • Must be knowledgeable about the birthing process and able to help expecting mothers during childbirth and labor.
  • Required to monitor the babys heart rate and mothers health.
  • Responsible for maintaining care standards in delivery room.
  • Able to assess patients quickly, prioritize, and assist in minor procedures.
  • Must be familiar with measurement of contractions before childbirth.
  • Muse be experienced in coaching women through childbirth process.
  • Experience with labor surgeries, especially cesarean sections.
  • Knowledge of nursing care methods, procedures, and emergency care.
  • Expert knowledge of health and safety guidelines/procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.)
  • Should possess disciplined communication with a team members with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible and compassionate with patients.
  • Able to multitask with strong organizational skills.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
