Description

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, cardiac conditions, and other life-threatening conditions.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and interpret diagnostic tests to identify changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
Manage advanced life support interventions, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, vasopressor administration, and titration of vasoactive medications.

Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, anticipate potential complications, and intervene promptly to stabilize patients and prevent deterioration.
Administer medications, blood products, and other treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy, adherence to protocols, and monitoring for adverse reactions.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding the critical care process, treatment options, and recovery expectations.
Adhere to infection control protocols and practices to prevent healthcare-associated infections and maintain a safe and sterile environment for patients and healthcare workers.
