Staff Nurse

• We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team.
• The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, assisting doctors, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
• Monitor, record, and report patient health status and vital signs.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during medical examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Maintain patient records, reports, and nursing notes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-care, and health management.
• Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other healthcare staff to deliver quality care.
• Handle medical equipment safely and report malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow hospital protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Sc / GNM. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
