Staff Nurse

• We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Bhattacharyya Orthopedics And Related Recovery Centre Private Limited in Kolkata.
• As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing High-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to the care plan as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on Health conditions, treatment options and self-care techniques.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards of nursing practice.

Requirements:

• Valid GNM Certification.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families and the healthcare team.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Valid nursing license and registration with the appropriate nursing council.
